Founder Story

I began in Art + Design, then spent over a decade as an editorial and bridal makeup artist — working with brands like MAC and featured in editorial magazines. But I kept coming back to one frustration: the confidence I created washed off at the end of the day. I wanted to give women something that lasted. That's what led me to permanent makeup.

I began my training at Phi Academy and quickly became one of only 40 Grand Masters of Honour in the world - which is something I’m hugely proud of. It catapulted my career as an international PMU educator. I'd been chasing hyper-realism for years and couldn't get there with microblading — no matter what I'd learned. Then I saw the work coming out of Vietnam: artists using a machine and a single needle instead of a blade, achieving exactly the realism I'd been searching for.

I’ve trained with some incredible artists around the world but the real turning point in my career came when I stopped trying to recreate other people's techniques and started building my own. I took what I was learning, adapted it for the skin I actually work on, and built my own method and signature techniques around it. A method that was grounded in beauty education, but through the lens of the artistic training I originally came from.
